I completed a series of professional certificates through Community Outreach Canada in Toronto, including Customer Service, Cultural Integration & Communication, WHMIS, and First Aid/CPR in July 2023. I also hold a high school diploma from Colegio Eloy Alfaro in Ecuador, earned in 2002.
