I was tasked with opening and closing procedures and maintaining the cleanliness of the shop to ensure the customer’s positive experience. I utilized customer service, communication and overall people skills on the daily. I assisted with the servicing of customers and handled behind the scenes shop duties including selling products and ringing up customers. Eventually, I was occasionally put in charge of the management of the shop.
