Ruchi Gupte

I am pursuing Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resources Management at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. I am adept at creating positive working relationships with colleagues and facilitating effective teamwork. I have time management skills, including the ability to prioritize activities, adhere to deadlines, and contribute effectively to a dynamic organization.

I had a variety of work experiences, from working in retail as a Sales Associate and Retail Associate, to working as an Operations Assistant and Operations Supervisor in a healthcare organization. In my retail roles, I greeted and assisted customers, helped them find products, processed sales transactions, and restocked inventory. I also helped build strong customer relationships. In your operations roles, I provided administrative support, scheduled meetings, created presentations, and assisted in recruitment. As an Operations Supervisor, I motivated and supervised a team of employees and constantly evaluated their performance to improve the work environment.

I am pursuing a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. I am currently taking courses in HR & The Business, Financial and Managerial Accounting for Managers, and Communications in HR. I also have a Bachelor of Commerce from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University and a Master of Commerce from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, where I completed coursework in Commerce, Business Management, and Human Resource Management. I achieved First Class with Distinction in my Master's program.
