Having family members with challenges in health , I live a life of advocating and supporting people of all socio- economic and cultural as well as linguistic background to achieve their optimal performance in day to day living .

Whilst I know the pressure of a high performance society , I know how to balance that with good wellness and carrying for one's mental health .
