Ryan Handbury

My name is Ryan. I’m Canadian-Australian and I love to travel.

My role in Princess Cruises was to communicate with travel agents or direct guests over the phone or via click-to-chat. My tasks were to create or modify cruise ship bookings, and answer any inquiry the agent or client advised me, including chasing the status of refunds or replacing a cruise passenger. I was to provide exceptional customer service in the form of formal written language, and help my customers organize their cruise ship trips.
