- Assist the Building Operator in carry out the day-to-day execution of operations and maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted operations and that asset integrity (cleanliness, elevator maintenance, boilers, HVAC, M&E rooms, etc.) is maintained either directly or via building automation systems
