Establish standard operating procedures, Analyze and interpret data, and recommend solutions based on conclusions
Design water and habitat projects, conduct site surveys “Water, Electrical, Sewage, Medical need, etc.”, Provide engineering training, process requisitions/Work orders, technical assessments, and planning annual budget.
