• Ensured the activities were implemented to answer the needs of the participants and the proposal’s requirements, while working on intensive fast-paced cycles, in an emergency crisis.

• Ensured the de-escalation of conflicts with stakeholders (partners and school directors) by reinforcing accountability procedures and unifying communication/reporting pathways.

Enhanced the company’s educational/recreational content by developing child-friendly and educational deliverables.

• Planned educational content for events and projects: more than 10 children’s workshops, 3 books, 6 plays and numerous entertainment occasions.
• Handled the educational and technical training of the staff that helped ensure adaptability during the events by including theatre, communication, and teaching in the training. 
• Coordinated and co-strategized projects targeting kids and educators with local and I-NGOs in vulnerable areas in Lebanon, about child protection against violence, bullying, the right to education, and environmental sustainability.
