Employed as an Intern at the University Health Network in the Health Services Department. Currently enrolled in the Integrated Disability Management Program at the University of Fredericton and working towards my CHRL designation. Prior employment as Administration support to the Emergency Ward at the Bassano hospital in Italy for thirteen years where I learnt efficient ways to deal with conflict, difficult personality disputes in teamwork and how to problem solve with delicate patients especially during the Covid pandemic.

Health Services and Disability/Claims Management (Occupational Health and Safety)

• Collaborate with clients to compile case histories and documentation to support their disability claims.
• Interface with medical professionals, legal representatives and unions to facilitate Return to Work plans.
• Conduct interviews and gather relevant information to disability claims.
• Claim Management guidance and assistance in completing forms and submissions to ensure established guidelines and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, case progress and outcomes utilizing internal system and databases.

Completed with Honours the Human Resources Management at Humber College.

Currently enrolled in Integrated Disability Management Program at University of Fredericton.
