With over 15 years of extensive experience in construction project management, I have actively led/ managed and completed projects on time within the budget that contracted for up to $60 million. My areas of expertise include planning, scheduling, budgeting, negotiation, technicality, supervision, time management, teamwork, leadership, communication skills, problem-solving and thinking out of the box, literate in MS Office and other construction management software, adaptability, implementation of safety measures, QA/QC and customer service.
