Currently dedicated to JNM Group of Companies, reporting to the President as the Corporate Human Resources Manager, building a strong organization through good hiring practices, strong team work, development of talent, empathy towards all staff and practicing the highest standards of health and safety.
Reporting to the President, the Corporate Human Resources Manager is a highly responsible and visible role. This role is responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans, policies, processes and programs are realized and are compliant with current legislation and company objectives within the entire organization. JNM Group of Companies currently has 5 operating divisions: two divisions located in Oldcastle, one division in the United States and two divisions in Mexico.
