• Establish and oversee the execution of the global internal communications strategy and campaigns. 
• Devise and implement innovative strategies to help the company's 17,000+ workers better integrate into the culture and accept change. 
• Establish business policies and procedures to ensure uniform internal communications across international markets and local markets. 
• Coordinate and maintain a business-wide internal content calendar to drive a positive news flow and corporate awareness. 
• Work directly with the appropriate teams (HR, IT, Compliance, etc.) to deliver impactful business announcements. Ensure the creation and delivery of global content and template for local newsletters, adhering to brand guidelines. Support in the planning of internal events.
