To expand my learning through a change in position and unit, gaining new experience to further my nursing career while applying my extensive knowledge. Currently employed at London Health Sciences Centre as a Charge Nurse on the General Surgery Inpatient Unit (8IP), acting as a resource to staff, supporting critical situations, coordinating admissions, and facilitating orientation and teaching. Recently completed a Clinical Nurse Specialist (Nurse Coach) role with the Professional Practice Team.
