Conduct assessments to fully understand the needs of our customers • Active listening in order to advise the product that will meet and exceed the objectives of our customers • Make call lists for new accounts in order to advise products to improve the situation of our customers and follow up with existing customers (RRSP, RESP, FEER ....., mortgage renewal ...) • Commercial and individual account opening while respecting compliance • Perform analyses to understand the loan that will meet our customers (personal loan, line of credit, consolidation loan ...) • Make the mortgages and manage the file by following up and closing the sale • Make investments while respecting the needs and objectives of our customers (short-term versus long-term need ......) • Have clear and precise communications • Manage complaints from our branch by responding to the need and following up • Translate French languages English versus Arabic as needed • Manage large cheques and make verifications as needed to make decisions on whether or not to freeze the requested funds • Hold meetings once a week in order to be on the same line with my team and communicate the differences and share the news....
