Hired by the St. Adolphe Friendship Trail with a grant issued by the Manitoba Métis Federation to upkeep, maintain and spruce up the trail.

As a Friendship Trail Worker, I perform various tasks, including…

• Heavy lifting by shovelling wood chips into a wagon and dispersing them to mark the walking trail
• Preserve wood sculptures and picnic tables donated to the trail with varnish and paint
• Clean up trash on and around the trail and town itself
• Transport and split wood for community bonfires
• Plant flowers and vegetation during the Spring

Collegiate in the French Immersion program. Participated in classes such as Concert Band, Culinary Arts and Design, Fine Arts, Digital Pictures/Desktop Publishing, 2D Animation/Digital Film Making, Psychology (FR), as well as the standard French Immersion compulsory courses.

Alongside courses, participated in a handful of clubs and programs. Was in the 9th and 11th-grade musicals and FTJ programs as both an actor and member of the art team, spending hours practicing vocals and choreography, as well as moving and creating props. Was involved in the D&D club, using problem-solving, critical and creative thinking during their games. Co-head of the Gender and Sexuality Allice club in 2022-2023.
