I am a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong foundation in Human Relations, Administrative Support, and Human Resource Management. I have extensive experience in administrative support, human resource management, and client service, spanning over a decade. My roles have included providing secretarial and administrative assistance, managing confidential records, coordinating schedules, organizing events, and supporting HR functions such as staff recruitment, training coordination, and performance appraisals. I have demonstrated expertise in maintaining organized filing systems, preparing correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Currently in Trent University. I hold a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (2014–2016). This degree provided me with a strong foundation in HR practices, organizational behavior, and management strategies.
Additionally, I earned a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretaryship and Management Studies (2009–2011) and a Diploma in Business Studies (DBS) Secretarial Option (2005–2007), both from Kumasi Polytechnic. These qualifications equipped me with expertise in office administration, communication, and effective business operations.
My educational background has significantly contributed to my proficiency in HR management, administrative duties, and client relations.
