Material Planner & Inventory Analyst

Warehouse Management:

Resolving Discrepancies in Invoice Vs Physical goods receipt.
Inventory Check book record maintenance & Report preparation.
Trained Manpower for Goods receipt,3C and 5S, Stacking and unpacking goods from High rack, kitting, Production Line supply and goods location transfer in SAP.
Production Down-time report preparation, Operator Skill matrix and training.
Cycle counting on daily basis for Inventory Management.
Warehouse process improvements and Investment budget approval

Material Planning:

Planning Raw Materials against Customer demand for more than 1000 Electronic and Mechanical parts.
Running MRP weekly to monitor the shortage and manage the materials required for production runs.
Sharing Forecasts & Purchase Orders to HQ and Global source suppliers as per Lead Time & capacity agreements.
Monitoring on-time delivery and tracking shipments & in coordination with the customs team.
Contacting suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery, or invoice issues.

Inventory Management:

Monitoring Inventory levels to avoid Stock-outs or Excess Inventory by following different shipment patterns for each supplier, considering Transit lead time & other critical factors.
Calculating optimal Safety stock levels and re-order points to meet Inventory needs and maximize inventory turns - depending on Supplier service factor, risk, past supply issues, and MOQ.
