I can provide them with resources and information that can help them receive the services they need to improve their quality of life. I can support and respect students as they exercise their rights and to ensure they have a voice in the decisions making that affect their lives. I can make sure that their complaints and opinions are heard, and they receive any services they are entitled to.
This position requires consistency and dedication. I can work well independently and as a contributing member of school team. I was working as a PSW in Walford retirement home where I worked with nurses, supervisors, and co-personal support workers along with providing the highest level of patient care possible.
I am also working in community living where I can support and help people with disability according to their interests and likes. Thereby making them confident and independent. I am also proficient in time management and having worked extensively in a reporting environment.
Through collaboration efforts with volunteers and co-workers, I could be able to develop programs for group and individuals. My passion is to provide smart service and to demonstrate and follow rules and regulations in every duty and with every client I care for.
