Student Placement
I bring a strong educational background along with frontline experience supporting individuals experiencing addiction, mental health challenges, housing instability, and justice involvement. Through my student placement with the Elizabeth Fry Society, I provided trauma-informed and client-centered support within a transitional women's facility serving individuals with complex needs. My experiences have strengthened my understanding of harm reduction, recovery-oriented care, and the importance of meeting individuals where they are in their recovery journey.
I have developed strong skills in client engagement, de-escalation, communication, and case management, and I am passionate about supporting individuals through compassionate, non-judgmental care that promotes safety, dignity, and stability.
