I am a graduate from George Brown College. I am very passionate about cooking and backing. I believe I am a fast learner, and skilled individual. I am team oriented, work at a fast pace and I am able to undertake any challenges and situations. I have worked at previously worked at Shangrila-La Hotel, Colombo and currently working at Shangri-La Hotel, Toronto.
I was part of the pre-opening team of Shnagri-La Hotel, Colombo. I worked in all departments including Pastry, Cold Kitchen and Hot Kitchen. It was fast paced environment which required a lot of hard work. I also helped out at the Horizon Lounge, which is the executive lounge at the Shangri-La Hotel. This required a lot of attention to detail and ability to think quick and attend to the high paying guests when challenges are met.
I currently work in pastry at Shangri-La Hotel, Toronto. A lot of attention to detail is required, ability to work fast and solve problems is requirement which I overcome daily.
I graduated from the Culinary Management Program in December 2022. I was awarded Deans Honour List in Spring Semester of 2022, as well as fall semester of 2022.
