I am a very productive and efficient student, achieving high grades and being overlooked as a role-model of a student by teachers. My grades motivate me, as they give me a good overview of my future in business. In my recent years in St.
Michael's College School, my current high school, I have achieved 90%+ in my grade 9-11 years, and joined leadership programs or clubs that I found interest in. This includes the Student Ambassador Program, Moderator of the St. Michael's Mechanics Club, and President of the Aviation Club.
I have also developed video games, earning me the Grade 11 STEM Award for "Best Video Game" out of 40 participants. Finally, I have also participated in certain school bands such as the 2023 Trip Band to Chicago.
From a young age, I always enjoyed handling the bulk of projects, assignments, or tasks in school. I always guide my group members, ensuring our assignment is perfect for the best marks. If a job didn't achieve the standards I wanted, I'd adjust it myself to ensure I am satisfied with my work.
Additionally, I also enjoyed problem solving both in school, and in my day-to-day life. I find happiness in helping others with whatever basic tasks they could be, such as helping the elderly carry groceries, and helping others in school with tasks so they succeed; supporting others gives me the happiness that keeps me going every day, and as long as they are satisfied, I am as well.
Currently, my primary job experience consists of volunteering at a food bank (The Scott Mission) in downtown Toronto, Ontario. Starting in March 2022, I began volunteering as a food bank worker to achieve the needed community service hours for my school requirements (20 hours per year), and looked to help the community around me. I have volunteered here the March Break of 2022, and will continue to volunteer here as long as possible.
I found my experience at the Scott Mission very pleasant and thoroughly enjoyed my time there every year. It has helped me improve or learn social skills for future positions in work, such as Leadership, Customer Service, and talking skills, including positivity and confidence.
Achieving my high school Diploma at St. Michaels College School.
