Sejal Ingale

My name is Sejal Ingale and I am currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Seneca College in Toronto, Canada. I completed my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Nagindas Khandwala College in Mumbai, India, where I achieved a CGPA of 8.33.

As an HR professional, I have experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and team building. I am skilled in utilizing data analysis to provide insights into HR initiatives and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. My commitment to pursuing best practices related to employee development and retention is evident in my work.

In terms of skills, I am proficient in recruitment, talent acquisition strategy, strategic sourcing, and job applicant interviews. I also have experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and Taleo. I am a collaborator and a meticulous planner, and I am always focused on providing excellent customer service.

Outside of work and studies, I enjoy swimming and travelling. I have also earned several certifications, including Accounting Foundations and HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn. Additionally, I have completed courses on topics such as child care and development, strategic thinking, and cultivating a growth mindset.

In my most recent work experience, I worked as a Security Concierge for Sentinel Security in Toronto, Canada. I answered phone and email inquiries from potential guests, greeted guests and visitors warmly, and monitored CCTV cameras and patrolled the building.
