Serena Anziano

Hello! My name is Serena and I am an eager and hardworking student in my first year of the LLB graduate programme at the University of Leeds. I am excited to apply my skills and expand my knowledge in a dynamic work environment.

I worked as a Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust for four years. This fantastic opportunity allowed me to develop personal skills such as communication, adaptability, and problem-solving and I gained extensive experience in customer service and was able to serve each of my clients with efficiency and care. I was also able to learn about a variety of technical programs and computer functions and continued updating my knowledge as programs were adjusted.

I completed my undergraduate degree at McMaster University and received a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Labour Studies. I had the opportunity to work with many talented and insightful peers and professors as I learned about various current events and challenges facing the modern workforce.

Currently, am an LLB Candidate in the LLB graduate programme at the University of Leeds. It has been an incredible experience to study a subject I am very passionate about in a new country!
