I am a adaptable, disciplined, team building individual who aims to make a change little by little. I have learned many skills through my schooling as well as through life experience. Not only am I someone who can connect well with individuals, I am also someone who always has ideas and will make sure they’re always heard when I know they will be an asset.
I have worked in hospitality, as well as with food at Red Lobster. Since I finished my Social Service Work diploma, I had also done Outreach to the vulnerable communities down town, Youth Work with the Neighbourhood Group as well as Social Media Management for them as well.
Social Service Work at Seneca Polytechnic has helped me connect with people better, giving me a strength based, culturally aware, trauma informed lens that has made it easier to create and maintain rapport with individuals. This gives me an edge when it comes to speaking to customers. In Flight Services at Seneca Polytechnic, we learn First Aid as well as many other certifications which are things I believe is needed everywhere.
