I have over 7 years of customer service and retail experience. I spent 5 years at McDonald's, where I worked every station, including opening and closing shifts, which involved detailed cleaning of grills and vats. In my final months, I was promoted to swing/floor manager. I also worked for a year as a casual employee at the LCBO, assisting customers and handling inventory. Most recently, I worked for a year at a cannabis dispensary, where I developed strong product knowledge and provided personalized service to clients.

I graduated from Glow College in Kitchener Ontario with a diploma in Advanced Nail Technology April 29th 2025. My studies included nail anatomy, nail disorders and diseases, shellac application, gel and acrylic extensions, pedicures, Swedish massage, exfoliation, masks, and nail art. I also completed 100 hours of in-class practical training.
