I am a recent graduate from The University of Alberta with a major in psychology, and minors in sociology and women’s and gender studies. I am also a volunteer with Mental Health Copilots, and hope to work more with non-profits, charities and social services.
I have over 5 years of customer service experience and over 2 years of administrative duties and office experience. Currently, I am a personal shopper at Save On Foods. I am responsible for ensuring all orders for the day are completed, credits and refunds are given and any customer complaints are managed on every shift. I am also currently a volunteer Administrative Specialist with Mental Health Copilots.
