About
Management Competency in Day to Day Operations: Leads and presents at team meetings. Quickly establishes trusting connections with clients in response to their inquiries. Handles front line calls and ensures difficult emotionally charged calls are handled in a respectful/professional way to ensure all voices are heard to receive the support needed. As a change champion, looks for opportunities to use an innovative approach to pro-actively create multiple ways to improve the office work environment i.e. internal communication huddles to ensure everyone starts the day on the same page and are made aware of any potential issues/concerns to address pro-actively. In addition, I handle financial invoicing/insurance claims, inventory oversight, and vendor supply ordering administration. I provide minute taking and scheduling to optimize client work flow and productivity. Also perform continuous improvement initiatives through policies/process reviews to ensure compliance and customer service excellence.
