Shara Nixon

My name is Shara Nixon. I have worked in Real Estate my whole career. I have two years experience as a Strata Property Manager. I currently hold a Rental Management License. I have held a Real Estate License, a Mortgage Brokers License and been a Building Facilities Manager for a manufacturing facility.

I have been a residential caretaker and worked in conveyancing in a law office. I like working with people and find the challenges of Strata Management interesting and engaging. I am a self starter and work well with minimal supervision.

Each aspect of real estate from many different perspectives, makes me well rounded and knowledgeable in the industry, but I remain a lifetime learner. You can never think you know it all. It is important to stay up to date with legislation and have a basic understanding of property law, privacy and human rights.

I am passionate about providing excellent customer service not just to my council, but to the residents while maintaining clear expectations. My special skill is making people feel heard. I am looking for a new opportunity to better my skills and bring my experience to assist my employer in their goals.

Licensed in August of 2022, I currently hold a full portfolio of strata properties as a Strata Property Manager. I am looking to move from my current company while making sure my current portfolio is transitioned smoothly. It is important to me that my current clients are well cared for during this transition period.

I completed my Rental Property Management License in February of 2024. Previous to that, I was a residential caretaker for a five story new build apartment complex for four years. Prior to that I was the Building Facilities Manager for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
