Currently working as a Team Leader/ Full time pizza cook at Bozcos. Some of my responsibilities include; managing the shift and team during busy hours, prepping food for rushes whilst maintaining station cleanliness, deep cleaning floors, walls, deep fryers, ability to work calmly under pressure during busy periods without sacrificing quality for time, etc.
