I have been working for the last 10 years as an Office Administrator for Frayling Denture Clinic.
My passion is Yoga and I hold my 500 hour RYT certification through Yoga Alliance International. I hace completed 2 - 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings and one 300 hour Yoga Teacher training with emphasis on meditation. I continue to take further yoga philosophy classes on line.
My teaching experience began in Thailand, teaching classes following my first Yoga Teacher Training. Since being back in Canada I have taught a few private classes out of my home. My goal is to teach for a studio on a regular basis.
I am able to be available to teach classes early mornings and anytime after 3:30 Monday through Thursday. Friday, Saturday and Sunday I am available anytime.
I would love to be able to teach in a studio environment and pass this wonderful practice of Yoga on to others.
