I have served as a Senior Executive in Quality Assurance at both Synovia Pharma PLC. and Sanofi (total 6+ years), where I played pivotal roles in ensuring the implementation and adherence to quality systems, leading investigations and timely closure of quality events/issues, and coordinating internal and external audits. I have also been involved in the design and implementation of electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) and electronic Document Management Systems (eDMS), demonstrating my proficiency in utilizing platforms such as MasterControl, Phenix, Comet, Geode+, and PTC Database.

Furthermore, I possess strong skills in statistical data analysis, utilizing tools like Capver and Minitab, and I am proficient in computer systems including MS Office applications. My ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, along with my expertise in audit management, project management, organizational skills, and root cause analysis, has consistently contributed to the success of the teams I have worked with.

In addition to my professional experience, I hold a Master's in Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacology from North South University and a Bachelor's in Pharmacy from the same institution. Furthermore, I have earned the prestigious Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Benchmark Six Sigma, accredited by Exemplar Global (previously RABQSA) and a member of the ASQ family.
