I was an English instructor in Korea this year. A determined and exceptional mentor and colleague to students in Korea, China and newcomers in Canada to learn English as a Foreign Language with over 5 years of teaching students of all ages of diverse and various demographics. Equipped with excellent interpersonal, sales, customer service, reading/writing skills, has an enthusiastic thirst for product knowledge & a positive attitude – providing an effective way to give client excellence & commend to be a support system for customer success in any organization.

Now, seeking to be a part of a healthy work environment in promoting the highest standard of customer service by creating the best customer experience for the company.

I have over 10 years of customer service experience, having my first job at McDonald’s only at the age of 15. I have also worked in the food industry as a server and bartender throughout my university years. I started working for corporate companies at the age of 24-28. Now I am looking to give excellent product knowledge at a retail store so I can extend my skills at a place I truly admire to work in. Abercrombie and fitch would be a great place To start at.
