My name is Shweta and I have worked with children for more than 8 years. I have a 5 year ECE certificate. I am passionate about proving guidance for children so they can develop their physical, emotional and mental skills and become confident young adults. I believe we must provide oppurtunities for children to become independent so they can build their self-identity. I also believe in building strong collaborative relationships with the parents and the children.
I have previously worked in various locations such as preschool, daycare, and afterschool and have worked with children from the ages of 3 to 10.
I graduated in 2019 with a Early childhood educator certificate. I also have my first aid and food safe certificate.
