I am a dedicated Human Resource Management student at Humber College, currently seeking an internship to apply my skills and knowledge in a real-world HR setting. With a strong background in hospitality and hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and team management, I am passionate about fostering positive workplace cultures and supporting organizational growth. I am eager to bring my skills in communication, organization, and HR processes to a dynamic team and contribute to meaningful HR initiatives.

I have a strong foundation in human resources and hospitality, with hands-on experience in managing teams, recruitment, and employee relations. As a former Hotel Manager, I led a team of 15 employees, implemented recruitment and training processes, and enhanced operational efficiency. Currently, as a Human Resource Management student, I am focused on gaining deeper HR skills and am excited to bring my experience to an internship role where I can contribute to a dynamic HR team

am currently pursuing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at Humber College, where I am developing skills in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. I also hold a Master’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism from IHM PUSA as provided me with a solid understanding of customer service and operations management.
