Developing Project Specific Quality Plan, Inspection and test Plan, Method Statements, ICL, QA/QC procedures and conducting internal audits as per the approved project quality plan and ISO standards and follow-up with proper documentation and corrective action.
Reviewing all sub contractor/supplier submittals against project specification and international standards. Ensuring the submittals are complied with estidama requirements before submitting to consultant and regular follow up with consultant/client for getting the approval. Conducting Factory visits and arranges sampling for the required test. Verifies the record of inspection and tests are available as per the project requirements.
Regular visits to site to ensure the quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements and make sure only approved materials are used in compliance with material submittal and shop drawings.
Co-ordinate with site management to see that the QA/QC procedure is implemented as per the Project specifications and in-house management system and issue NCR or FON if there is any deviation.
