Hello there! I'm Sierra, a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Character Designer. With a deep love for storytelling and a strong desire to bring characters to life, I am constantly exploring new ways to express my creativity through visual art.

I have accumulated six years of valuable professional experience as a freelance illustrator. During this time, I have worked on various projects, honing my skills and expanding my portfolio in the field of illustration.

Additionally, I had the privilege of serving as the lead animator for LA Solution Centre's music video titled 'Hit a Nerve.' This role allowed me to take on a pivotal position in a production, demonstrating my expertise in animation and contributing to the success of the project. This experience further solidified my passion for visual storytelling and animation.

I completed the Drawing Foundations program at Algonquin College, which provided me with a strong foundation in the fundamental principles of drawing. This program helped me develop essential skills in sketching, shading, perspective, and composition. It served as a crucial stepping stone in my artistic journey, preparing me for more advanced studies.

I am now set to return to Algonquin College in the future to pursue a bachelor's degree in Animation. This higher-level education will build upon the knowledge and skills I acquired during the Drawing Foundations program, allowing me to explore the world of animation in greater depth. I am excited to further hone my creative abilities and embark on a rewarding career in the animation industry.
