• Carry out abrasive blasting and surface preparation to SA2.5 / SA3 standards in accordance with work instructions.
• Perform spray painting, coating and cleaning of components after processing.
• Prepare and organize tools, jigs and fixtures; inspect equipment against drawings and specifications.
• Support 5S workplace organization, quality, yield and daily production targets.
• Follow PPE requirements and assist with basic maintenance of blasting pots, hoses and compressors.
• Apply N1 Electrical Engineering knowledge when conducting equipment safety checks.
