Evaluate credit worthiness of borrowers to render credit decisions. Accurately calculate borrowers’ income and debt-to-income ratios. Verifying/validating data from client for accuracy. Maintain communication with management on status of loans in process, ensure all tracking is kept up to date on loan status. Determine the documented loan conditions and communicating requirements and/or decisions. Analyze borrower’s credit profile, collateral, and capacity to repay the proposed mortgage obligation. Ensuring compliance requirement for all mortgage brokers.
