When I first arrived in Canada, I pursued a career in DevOps, eager to explore the world of technology. However, along the way, I realized my true passion lay elsewhere—food technology and quality assurance. Fascinated by the science behind food safety and production, I shifted my focus, earning certifications in HACCP, GMP, and internal auditing to build my expertise in this field.
My journey led me to a role as a Quality Assurance Technician at a bakery, where I gained hands-on experience in auditing, lab testing, supplier compliance, and process optimization. Every challenge I faced strengthened my skills and deepened my commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards.
Today, I am dedicated to ensuring that food products meet regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and consumer expectations.
