• Leadership is not in the TITLE; instead, it is shown in ACTION. I have exhibited leadership qualities ever since I started my professional career. As a developer, team lead, architect, manager, and developer for over 27 years, I have always questioned the status quo, been innovative, adaptable to change, effectively influenced colleagues (team, peers, and leadership), and a continuous learner.
• I have provided strategic roadmaps to build BI capabilities at multiple business verticals (retail, telecommunications, gaming and hospitality, transportation and logistics etc.) and oversaw the strategy to execution (i.e. implementation to production).
• I am a believer in achieving the right balance between P (People), P (Process), and t (Technology). I believe in managing relationships effectively, and “people” will eventually follow that rather than the other way around. I have over 25 years of experience in the data and analytics domain in various roles and increasingly more responsible leadership roles; managed and developed teams, travelled the world, and navigated through multiple organizations, cultures, and diversities. With my education and years of experience in the Technology industry, I have acquired the required skills to lead the team and spearhead the leadership role.
