Ground Crew at Sunly (2024 – 2025)

In my role as part of the Ground Crew with Sunly my responsibilities were to follow detailed work plans to ensure proper ground work is completed for the installation of solar panel systems. Specific duties included:

• Operate mini excavator to dig trenches from the solar panel site to power box
• Plan work day and stock equipment to maximize efficiency on the work site and maintain cost effective practices
• Run wires to/from the solar panel site, ensuring proper size and dimensions for the specific project
• Complete maintenance on the trucks, tools, equipment as needed

Harvesting Labourer at Cavendish Farms (2023 – 2023)

In this seasonal position as a harvesting labourer my primary role was to grade potatoes and they came to the warehouse for storage, specific duties included but were not limited to:

• Pick rock, debris and rot as potatoes were being unloaded, this ensured a high-quality product and storage longevity
• Communicate with co-workers and supervisors to maximize efficiency while creating a safe work environment
• Monitor trucks as they were being unloaded

Industrial Cleaning at United Janitorial (2023 – 2023)

In my role with United Janitorial my responsibilities were to clean, disinfect and organize the offices and common areas. This required a high level of confidentiality, work ethic and being task orientated. My specific duties included:

• Safely utilize chemicals to assist with specific tasks
• Sweep, mop, dust and disinfect high traffic areas
• Follow detailed checklists as set out by the client

Labourer at Cavendish Farms (2021 – 2023)

In my full-time role as a labourer, I had the opportunity to work in various departments and gain experience through the plant. My primary role was to ensure the product was packaged and ready for shipment and maintain an organized work site. Specific duties included:

• Take the potato product and package into boxes for storage
• Ensure a clean working environment that adheres to CFIA regulations
• Stack various department with materials needed according to their daily tasks
• Construct bio bins and remove waste as needed

Store Clerk at Dollarama (2020 – 2020)

My primary duties while employed with Dollarama was to ensure the products were well stocked as well and to provide exceptional customer service, specific duties included:

• Face shelves and highlight promotional items
• Clean and organize store area
• Assist customers and answer questions
• Accept payments of cash, debit and credit
