During my tenure, I gained hands-on experience in dispensing prescription drugs, addressing patient queries, and ensuring medication safety. I actively reviewed and monitored patient medication records to identify any potential incompatibilities and took proactive measures to maintain adequate levels of medication inventory.
Additionally, I provided valuable guidance to hospital patients on the safe administration of drugs.
