Having completed Computer Programming diploma at Seneca College, I've transformed into an enthusiastic junior web developer with a strong foundation in back-end and front-end development. Since graduation, I've diligently advanced my skills to enhance employability and excel as a full-stack developer. This involved creating a project, my portfolio website and expanding my expertise in algorithms and data structures.

While I don't possess formal work experience, I have gained valuable web development skills through my education at Seneca College and subsequent projects. Notably, I recently completed the development of a full-stack web application.

Project Name: FLICK SCOUT

Duration: June – August 2023

• Designed and executed a dynamic web application using Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Incorporated React Bootstrap components like pagination, modals, and carousels to create intuitive user interfaces with responsive designs.
• Ensured cross-device compatibility through responsive design, employing clean and maintainable code.
• Employed AJAX to enable seamless asynchronous data exchange, resulting in reduced page reloads.
• Established RESTful APIs for effective data management, implementing CRUD operations using standard HTTP methods.
• Developed a dynamic search functionality, enhancing user experience, and managed search history and favorites using Jotai, a state management library.
• Implemented robust user authentication and authorization procedures using JWT and Passport, bolstering data security.

In this project, I utilized the knowledge acquired from formal education and drew upon insights from fellow programmers' code to translate my concepts into a concrete full-stack web application.
