With extensive experience as a live-in superintendent, I have successfully managed the day-to-day operations of multi-residential buildings, ensuring smooth functionality, tenant satisfaction, and property upkeep. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong skill set in building maintenance, tenant relations, and emergency response, making me a reliable and proactive presence on-site.

My responsibilities have included overseeing building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical; conducting routine inspections; responding to service requests; and coordinating repairs with contractors and vendors. I’ve also managed seasonal maintenance tasks including snow removal, landscaping, and waste management. As the first point of contact for tenants, I take pride in maintaining a respectful, approachable, and solutions-oriented demeanor.

Being on-site has allowed me to provide quick, around-the-clock responses to urgent matters, minimizing disruptions and ensuring safety. My experience also includes unit turnover preparation, enforcing building policies, collecting rent, and reporting to property managers or owners with timely updates on building operations and tenant concerns.

I bring a hands-on, detail-focused approach to property management, backed by a genuine commitment to creating clean, safe, and well-maintained living environments for all residents.

My educational journey in community service work was driven by a deep-rooted desire to make a positive impact in people’s lives. Through this program, I gained a strong foundation in social services, mental health support, crisis intervention, and community engagement. I developed practical skills in active listening, advocacy, and resource coordination, all aimed at empowering individuals and improving community well-being.

This education not only expanded my understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable populations but also strengthened my commitment to being a compassionate, dependable, and solution-focused support worker.
