I am highly driven, organized and conduct myself with a can-do attitude. As a Diploma qualified educator with four years in Outdoor Education and Early Childhood Education, I have experience managing and organizing people whilst following scheduling, policies and procedures.

Being in people-centric occupations, I have developed exceptional listening and communication skills that allow me to interact with a diverse population whilst multitasking administration requirements at the same time. As an educator working within a team and building connections with students, staff and parents is on a daily basis. Adaptability and responding to concerns is paramount when scheduling and planning.

I am used to delivering briefings and instructions to students in a clear, calm and professional manner, receiving continuing feedback, maintaining children's records and responding to the wellbeing of students with the utmost care whilst following the strict protocols.
