I am a 20 year old student born and raised in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. I've played hockey my whole life and still do play for the local senior team here in Meadow Lake. Growing up i was lucky enough to move away from home and take in new experiences and meet new people through playing hockey in Moosejaw and Saskatoon before moving back home and taking the power engineering course through SIIT.
During the summer months I love spending time at the lake and on the water with family, as well as golfing and fishing with friends. I am excited to join the workforce and am willing and eager to learn.
Last summer I worked with the lube technicians at Meadow Lake Mechanical Pulp Mill as well as helping millwrights in various tasks throughout the mill. During this term i filled pumps and oil tanks as needed as well as draining oil and taking samples.
Grade 12 diploma, 4th class power engineering license and am currently completing 3rd class exams.
