Experience

Provide comprehensive functional support to CRM and CPQ users, ensuring their needs and requirements are met at the enterprise level.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of designed solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements and smooth system operations.
Manage and oversee integrated applications, including Conga Composer, DocuSign, LinkedIn Navigator, ChurnZero, FieldSpy, Rollup Helper, and Duplicate Check, among others.
Develop and maintain business processes using key components such as process builders, flows, and approval processes/advanced approval processes, formula and validation rules.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the database by conducting regular maintenance tasks such as data cleansing and duplicate record management.
Deliver training sessions and create documentation to educate users and stakeholders on system functionalities and best practices
Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, as part of a team, and handle multiple task assignments concurrently, effectively managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Perform user-acceptance tests to validate system changes and enhancements, ensuring they align with business requirements and deliver the expected outcomes.
