I have worked as an RN for 33 years and recently retired. In that time, 21 years were spent at hospital bedside; 12 years were spent as a Community Care Coordinator or Hospice patient Navigator. I am familiar with Life Mark as a patient as well as a Community Coordinator.

I am now retired from nursing but wishing to obtain some part time employment. I believe the skill set I developed throughout my career is a good fit for the position outlined.

I have very good people skills and am service and client driven. I would like to learn more about your position and most definitely interact with and assist clients.
