I have over 5 years of experience in the cannabis industry both here in Ontario and Vancouver, from working the register to managing stores to becoming Head Trainer. I moved to Vancouver Island to work the production side of things as well, harvesting with a newer LP (Cedar Organics). I have over 10 years of experience in many avenues of Customer Service. Whether it be clothing, cannabis, or a conversation, I can build rapport, make a sale, and achieve the goal. Moving from employee to management, I have acquired ample hands-on experience and knowledge over the years, assisting in creating several SOPs along the way.
I have been looking for an opportunity to continue to learn and grow in a licensed capacity with a company who I believe can nurture all that I bring to the table.
