I have been working in mining for almost 20 years. I have learned a great deal throughout my career. I know all procedures and company rules. Every day I learn, and I try to help my coworkers and the company, but sometimes it is hard because I cannot be everywhere. I hope the mining industry can maintain good standards, and I hope to contribute as much as possible with my experience.

Autonomous drilling with multiple Pit Viper drills. I ensure the team works safely and productively. I train my coworkers to make sure they understand their tasks. I verify delays using Mobius with every drill and DC 65 as well. I work safely and try to be as productive as possible, minimizing downtime and managing costs for drill and blast operations. I try to share my experience with other workers to help them be safe and productive.
